2. GDPR & lawful processing

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests in operating and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f)), and, where required, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You have the rights set out in GDPR Articles 15–22, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Outputs are generated automatically and do not constitute automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects on you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

3. Hosting & transfers

The website and related infrastructure are hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures as applicable.

4. AI-generated analyses

Analyses, scores, and plans are produced using artificial intelligence. They do not constitute legal advice, compliance advice, audit opinions, or professional services. Engage qualified counsel and compliance professionals before relying on any output.

5. Spanish law (LSSI) & information society services

Where applicable, this service is provided in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI) and related regulations, including transparency obligations regarding commercial communications and general information society rules.

6. EU VAT

Prices displayed may be exclusive or inclusive of VAT depending on your location and applicable EU VAT rules for electronically supplied services. Any applicable VAT will be handled in accordance with EU Council Directive 2006/112/EC (VAT Directive) and, where relevant, the VAT rules applicable to digital services in your Member State.

7. Retention & security

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
