These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived in your country of residence.
ComplyIQ provides AI-generated materials (including scores, gap summaries, and plans). The service does not constitute legal advice, compliance advice, regulated professional services, or an audit. You remain solely responsible for compliance decisions and implementation.
Analyses are generated by artificial intelligence. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplyIQ and its operators disclaim warranties of any kind and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses except where such exclusion is prohibited.
For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, unless they have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of that right.
By completing checkout and onboarding, you expressly request immediate access to your readiness pack and acknowledge that digital delivery begins immediately. Once your pack has been generated, unlocked, or accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.
Waiver: You confirm this consent via the required checkbox at checkout and again on the onboarding form before generation. By accepting, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU for immediate digital delivery. The pack is non-refundable once generated.
The ComplyIQ Readiness Pack is a one-time payment of €199 for digital content delivered upon generation.
You may request a refund only if your pack has not yet been generated, unlocked, or accessed.
Once your pack has been generated and the full digital deliverable released, no refund is available.
