To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplyIQ and its operators disclaim warranties of any kind and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses except where such exclusion is prohibited.
For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, unless they have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of that right.
